MD VIP Community is Maya Delorez's loyalty program and a gathering place for horse enthusiasts worldwide. As a member, you get access to great benefits, inspiration and news. The MD VIP Community has three membership levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The more you shop and engage, the more benefits you get. Nice, huh?
Nope! It's completely free
As a member, you'll earn points on all your purchases that can be converted into vouchers for future shopping. Plus, you'll receive personal offers, inspiring news, and a bunch of other benefits.
To become a member, you must be at least 16 years old. If you're under 18 years old, you need the consent of your legal guardian.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to register as a company. Only individuals can sign up for a membership.
Unfortunately, you can't merge points from different email addresses. The points are tied to the specific email address you registered with.
To cancel your membership, simply contact our customer service via info@mayadelorez.com and they'll help you further. And if you ever feel like coming back to hang out with us again, we'll be super excited to have you back in our community.
No worries! Contact our customer service at info@mayadelorez.com, and we'll help you create a new account with the same email.
If you want to register your points after making a purchase, just shoot an email over to info@mayadelorez.com and our customer service team will take care of it for you. Does not apply to purchases made before 2023-06-15.
If you've been logged in while making your purchases, you can check out your order history to see all of your previous orders listed there.
Unfortunately, you can only place orders with a delivery address in the country you specified when you registered your membership.
You cannot change your email address once the account has been created. Instead, you will need to register a new membership with your new email address.
Your purchase history, bonus points, personal offers and vouchers are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to a new/different account.
Once you've registered your account, you can't change your country settings. It'll be locked in to the country you chose when you first signed up.
Vouchers
Every time you make a purchase or complete an activity that earns you points, like entering your birthday or interests, you'll collect points. Once you've collected enough, you'll receive a voucher as a reward. We issue vouchers once a month.
You can redeem your voucher for purchases in our webshop at mayadelorez.com, and also at fairs and sample sales when you provide your personal data at checkout. Easy-peasy!
Absolutely! You can see all your active vouchers when you log into your account.
We send out vouchers once a month, so keep an eye out on your account page!
Absolutely! That's no problem at all.
Your voucher is valid for 3 months from the date you receive it. You can always check the validity period on the voucher, which you can find on your page. So make sure to use it before it expires!
Once you've used a voucher, it can't be used again. It's not possible to reactivate a voucher once it's been used. If you return a part of your purchase, the voucher can of course be kept on the remaining purchase amount, provided that it corresponds to the value of the voucher.
Absolutely! All you have to do is provide your email address at checkout to activate your voucher or offer.

Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or converted into a new voucher. If your purchase total is less than the value of your voucher, you will not receive cash or a new voucher for the remaining amount.
Membership levels
The MD VIP Community has three membership levels that offer you different benefits:
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Your membership level is determined by the total points you collected within the past 12 months. Once you accumulate enough points to reach the next level, you'll be automatically upgraded, and you'll keep your new membership level for the next 12 months.
You will stay at your membership level for the next 12 months from the day you reached that level. You can always find out when your membership level expires by checking on your account page.
After 12 months, your membership level will be based on the total number of points you've earned throughout those 12 months.
Earning points
It's super easy: You'll earn points whenever you make a purchase or complete an activity that earns you points, like entering your birthday or interests. Find all point-earning activities under My Account > Earn Points, including your completed and uncompleted ones.
You start collecting points from the moment you register your membership. Points cannot be transferred from purchases made before you became a member.
Points are deducted when returning products. If points have been deducted without you returning anything, please reach out to our customer service and we'll help you further!
If you return a product, the points that you earned for that product will be deducted from your total. You can see your current balance under Points history.
You'll find all your points in the section called Points history.
Absolutely! You can earn points when shopping at a fair or sample sale just like you would with any other purchase by providing your personal information to our team at the checkout.
No, that's not possible, unfortunately. You only earn points the first time you fill out your extended profile.
That's because your points are updated once a day. You can see your points in your point history on the following day.
Personal offers
Unfortunately, it's not possible to combine your personal offers with other offers or discounts. Personal offers is not valid on Pre-Loved products.
That's super easy! Simply activate your personal offer on your account page and your offer will automatically be registered at the checkout.
You can always check how long your personal offers are valid for by checking the details stated on your offers. You'll find all your personal offers on your account page.
Unfortunately, once you've activated a personal offer on a purchase, the offer is used up. It cannot be reactivated or refunded.
Once you have used an offer, the offer status will change to "Used" as soon as you receive your delivery confirmation.
