  How will I receive the E-Gift Card?
  The E-Gift Card is delivered instantly by email as a digital voucher. No physical card will be sent.

  Do I need to pay shipping for the E-Gift Card?
  No. Since the E-Gift Card is sent by email, there are no shipping costs.

  Can I buy an E-Gift Card together with other products?
  No. E-Gift Cards must be purchased separately and cannot be combined with other items in the same order.

  Where can I use the E-Gift Card?
  The E-Gift Card can only be redeemed in our webshop.

  How do I redeem the E-Gift Card?
  Enter the voucher code at checkout under “Add voucher+”. The amount will be deducted from your total.

  Does the E-Gift Card have an expiration date?
  The E-Gift Card is valid for 24 months after the purchase date.

  You enter your voucher in the checkout before completing your purchase.

• How can I apply a forgotten voucher to my order?

  If your voucher is still valid, fill out the contact form with your order number and the voucher.
  
  When we receive the ticket, we will help you apply the voucher.
